TRANSFORMATION

Is there a need for transformation?

If so, how does the transformation occur?

Maybe life is all about change and transformation.

When a person goes through a difficult experience in life, they can panic, and the more they panic, the more they try to escape and struggle.

As he struggles, he continues to sink.

However, looking at the challenging experience you are facing, trying to understand it, trying to hear what it is saying, in other words, accepting it and creating space for it, is the lifesaver for the individual.

The reason for seeking therapy is often a crisis. Clients come to get rid of that crisis quickly.

Crisis is such a scary word, isn't it? However, if we reframe it and call this crisis a 'turning point' .

Our greatest needs are to see every crisis as a transformation point, to try to understand its teachings, and to change ourselves from where we are broken.

A person's crises are his transformations.

Don't be afraid of your crises, your challenging experiences, and the moments when you feel like you're being tested!

Maybe it's transformation's way of saying "I'm coming"...

Therapy is an inclusive space of unconditional acceptance that can make this transformation process the safest and most supportive.

You do not have to be alone in your transformation process, you can look around and ask for help from someone you trust or an expert.
