Art-Based Return to Your Inner Child Workshop
Purpose of the Study:
To ensure that individuals look at art from the window of their own inner world, notice the sensations and feelings it evokes in them and internalize this process, develop their creativity capacity by becoming aware of the child within, reveal their childhood traumas, fears, and unconscious factors that they cannot express in words, if any, and make comments about themselves. To provide the individual with the ability to manage their emotional world by reaching past traumas in a symbolic way and working on them.
Anxiety Management Skills Workshop with Adolescents
Purpose of the Study:
Individuals in adolescence gain awareness about coping with negative situations, gaining new gains from difficulties and being able to adapt.
Ensuring positive progress in factors such as stress management, self-confidence and development of social skills.

Purpose of the Study:
Individuals coming into contact with their own unique values and current thoughts, developing awareness skills to accept them as they are.
